Kelly Clarkson beamed gold on the purple carpet at the “American Song Contest” in Los Angeles on Monday night, where she co-hosts alongside Snoop Dogg.
For the outfit, the “I Do Not Hook Up” singer wore a gold lamé dress that featured an off-the-shoulder, halter-neck design. A shiny coordinating belt and a chain of black buttons finished her metallic look. The dress featured a sweetheart neckline and also had a floor-length hemline that upped the ante for her sweetheart piece.
Appropriate for formal events, long dresses are often made of fabrics like satin, chiffon, or organza to enhance the overall feel of the dress. Floor-sweeping dresses can have a variety of silhouettes and necklines, making the style essential for formal weddings, red carpet events and dressy occasions.
Clarkson opted to be stylish when it came to her accessories, wearing a pair of eye-catching gold drop earrings and matching rings for a monochromatic finish.
Although there was no clear photo of Clarkson’s shoes, a brown round-toed shoe was sticking out from under her skirt.
Clarkson’s fashion aesthetic tends to be modern and refined. For example, she recently donned a shimmering sea foam dress adorned with black and white sequins that had oversized flowing sleeves paired with black ankle boots for a bold look on the purple carpet for “American Song Contest.” Additionally, she wore a black leather dress with an off-the-shoulder silhouette with black leather ankle boots for an edgy look while arriving at the same show.
