Man hacked to death after wife beat stalkers with sandals in K’taka


Bangalore, October 23 (SocialNews.XYZ) In a disturbing development, a man was hacked to death after his wife beat a group of men, who were harassing her, with her sandals in front of the police here.

The deceased was identified as Chandrashekar, 33, a resident of Kondappa Layout near Yelahanka. According to the police, Chandrashekar was axed to death by disbelievers while standing on the terrace of his house.

The incident happened late Friday evening. Preliminary police investigations revealed that the murder was carried out in revenge.

According to the police, the deceased Chandrashekar is from Pedihatti village in Hindupur district of Andhra Pradesh. He married Shwetha three and a half years ago and arrived in Bangalore six months ago.

While in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, Shwetha had filed a complaint with the police for being harassed by a group.

After some elders intervened in the matter, peace was brokered between the disbelievers and Shwetha in the presence of the police. The police asked Shwetha to hit the disbelievers with sandals.

The couple had left the scene after the incident and moved to Bangalore. Now it is suspected that the disbelievers hacked her husband to death in revenge for the previous incident. The police conducted a further investigation into this case.
