Skechers opens its largest store in Metro Manila in Power Plant Mall, Makati with more footwear options.
After almost two years of staying home and wearing only comfortable house shoes, people are now buying shoes they could use when they start walking outside more.
Just in time for this transition, footwear and clothing brand Skechers has opened its largest store at Power Plant Mall, Makati.
“Skechers is a global brand that Filipino consumers have grown up with and love. We are thrilled to open Metro Manila’s largest branch to date, at Rockwell Center, Makati. to allow our customers to experience the comfort and style that Skechers has always known,” said Sue Pasustento, Country Manager of Skechers Philippines.
Located on the second floor of the Power Plant Mall, Skechers’ latest store in the Philippines hints at a design inspired by mid-century modern style, opening up interior space to bring the outdoors in.
The 2,900 square foot store offers a wide range of Skechers footwear, apparel and accessories, including fashion products, lifestyle looks and Skechers Performance footwear for sports enthusiasts.
Shoe lovers can take advantage of Skechers’ range of options that fit their lifestyle. One of the brand’s best-selling categories globally, Skechers GOwalk is designed not only for walking, but also for casual wear. It boasts high-performance technology and materials in easy-to-wear slip-on and lace-up designs. Take it to the streets, to the gym or even on a trip and enjoy innovative comfort in every step with Skechers GOwalk.
Along with their huge categories of shoes for men, women and kids, it’s also worth stopping by the store to check out Skechers’ huge selection of versatile and functional pieces, ranging from hoodies, jackets, activewear, shirts, socks, backpacks, hats, among others, suitable for a daily or active lifestyle.
In 2021, the company changed its operations in the Philippines, becoming a directly owned company and expanding its capital investment in the country. Skechers now has two stores in Metro Manila and five retail destinations in the Philippines.
“Skechers’ expansion into the Philippines is on track to achieve the goal it has always had – to provide comfortable, stylish and innovative footwear and apparel that will meet the needs of every Filipino family,” Pasustento said.
“We will continue to open more stores here in the capital and in major cities across the country,” she concluded.
